Off the ice or on, whether you see them or not, there is an extremely dedicated group of parents and volunteers who keep minor hockey in motion and ensure the best experience for the kids who play the game. From February 26th to March 3rd, 2024 the OMHA wants to thank everyone who spends their time to enrich the lives of kids through hockey.

Our dedicated Coach of the Month and Volunteer of the Month program recipients this season highlight just some of the dedication that takes place in every minor hockey community across the province. Volunteers are the foundation of minor hockey and take on many administrative and bench staff roles.

Take a minute to recognize the dedicated few, in your community.

Parents, players, bench staff, administrators and officials are all eligible to submit stories of the volunteers in their communities by using the hashtag #OMHA and tagging our accounts (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). For those using Instagram stories, you can also add the Thank a Volunteer Week sticker by searching 'OMHA'.
