The Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) is excited to team up with BarDown, one of Canada’s leading hockey apparel companies, to outfit Associations, teams and players over the coming seasons.
BarDown is now the exclusive producer of all OMHA apparel including its premier Championship events, as well as the #RedHats. They are widely recognized in the hockey landscape across the province, including current partnerships with the Ontario Hockey League and Hockey Helps the Homeless. BarDown is also a leading apparel supplier for Canadian Colleges and Universities and have recently launched their custom team jersey division.
The company is based within the Greater Toronto Area and has roots within the OMHA. The founders of BarDown began their athletic aspirations playing on the same team within the OMHA for the Oakville Rangers. They each credit the connections and lessons made through the sport of hockey as key instrumental pieces in helping their business become more successful.
“We are thrilled to partner with BarDown as the OMHA’s official apparel provider,” said OMHA Executive Director Ian Taylor. “As OMHA grads themselves, we trust them with our OMHA Championships and our coveted #RedHats and know the teams and players will look forward to wearing their apparel with pride.”
“As OMHA alumni, we are beyond excited to partner with one of the best minor hockey associations in the world. We are a grassroots hockey brand that is 100% committed to enhancing the players’ on and off ice apparel experience for years to come,” said co-founder Ben Sacerty.
