No other way to describe McKim right now than him being on absolute fire and likely the hottest player in the league with 7 points in only 3 games this past week. Matt has taken off and now has almost a goal a game pace with 13 goals in 14 games.

Hunter has a highly coveted pivot with lots of speed and a very strong work ethic. He never seems to take a night off and is undoubtedly the leader of his team and a reason his team maintains a honourable mention in this week’s rankings

Players to Watch

Brandan Fisher – Brampton 45’s

Brandan is an opponent’s nightmare and someone every team he plays against notices right away. He plays a physical, 200 foot game that has him contributing both on the score sheet and to his team’s defense. Fisher has the skill to take control of the puck and find his teammates in open space and can be utilized has a center or wingman. He is a major reason that the 45’s are off to a hot start this season.

Tyler McCarthy – Southern Tier Admirals

The Admiarls are not necessarily on the right side of the win column, however the part that is being overlooked is their goals against is near the top of the league. McCarthy has been a large part of keeping his team in games early this season. Tyler rarely gives up rebounds, and when he does they are usually directed to the corner. Look for McCarthy to keep the Admirals in every game he starts and provide his team a chance to win.
