The OMHA is looking for experienced and passionate leaders with progressive approaches to be National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) Learning Facilitators and help with the administration and delivery of the program. They will be responsible for helping to shape the learning experience for coaches and ultimately positively impact our players.

The role of NCCP Learning Facilitator is critical in the delivery of the OMHA Coaching Program. Clinic facilitation includes curriculum delivery and coach development. Beyond Clinic Facilitation, there will be an element of activity and contribution to the OMHA Coaching Program through its Technical Sub-Committees, under the Coaching Program Chair.

The OMHA is continually seeking to improve its programs for our membership. Part of this process involves identification of quality individuals for Facilitation and Coach Developers in the delivery of the NCCP within the organization. The OMHA has a well-deserved reputation for its demonstrated leadership as well as the high standard of quality in its Development Programs, and this is primarily due to the quality and commitment of our personnel.

Interested facilitators will have significant background and experience in hockey, including qualifications in the NCCP. Ideally, this will complemented by a background in the principles of education/learning.

If you are interested in becoming a NCCP Learning Facilitator or know someone who may be suitable for the position in the OMHA Coaching Program, please submit an application along with a covering letter and resume detailing all relevant hockey, academic and professional experience.
