Players to Watch

Clark Hiebert (Oakville Rangers) - A good-sized defender with very good four-way mobility. Hiebert comes to play every night and gives you an honest effort game in and game out. His game is suited to a puck moving style, he makes good decisions in his own zone and hits his outlets with ease. He can run his team's powerplay and is very good at taking a little off to get his shot through to the net. He's had a solid season and is a key contributor for the Rangers offence.

Declan Lawford-Wickham (Kingston Jr. Frontenacs) - Not a game goes by where you don't notice Lawford-Wickham, whether it be his skillset or his all out relentless pursuit of the puck. He's taken major strides from September and needs to continue his progress for Kingston to have success. He has a very high end work ethic.

Players to Watch

Alexander Quinn (Halton Hurricanes) - Quinn has quickly emerged as one of the top forwards in the SCTA and is a large reason for the Hurricanes surge up the standings. The tall and physical centre has been a force in the defensive zone for the Hurricanes, making sure that the does not sacrifice his own end for offensive opportunities. In doing so, Quinn has not only created opportunities at both ends of the ice, but helped generate a strong five man unit in his own end.

Zachary Berriault (North Central Predators) - Berriault is a speedy forward with a knack for finding weak spots in the opposition’s defense. Berriault always seems to find the puck on his stick with a scoring opportunity and continuously turns very routine plays into scoring opportunities for himself and his teammates. What sets Berriault apart is his ability to know where the puck is going in the offensive zone, he uses this skill to his advantage game in and game out.
