Players need to be vocal and make tape-to-tape passes
Description
Both X1 skaters will start with a puck.
On a whistle both players will skate towards the net and shoot
They will then turn towards their respective lines and begin skating up the ice. both players will begin to cut across the ice and receive a pass from X2 in motion.
X1 then continues his skating path back to their original end of the ice and take another shot and rejoin the line.
After both the X2 skaters have made their passes they will skate up the ice across the top of the circles and receive a pass from the next player in line. (shown in green)
The drill then becomes continuous.

Ensuring we are focused and paying attention to know when you are passing and who it it going to.
Also making sure players are curling low when receiving the pass to simulate supporting the puck in a game.
Players should be vocal and call for passes during this drill to encourage more communication on the ice.
Players making passes should be skating towards their target. Encourage players to stand still and pass
