The OMHA is very proud of its seven alumni who were chosen in the 2021 NHL Draft this week. The three forwards and four defencemen look to make an impact in the next phase of their hockey dreams.
Player development during the formative years of a child's time in minor hockey is important in creating a long-term passion for the game. Making a positive experience for all players involved in the game helps build a lifelong love of hockey.
We wish all of our alumni the best of luck in their futures on and off the ice.
Thank you @SeattleKraken for making my dreams come true last night. Looking forward to getting started #seakraken pic.twitter.com/KdUyzmvwdg
