Drill of the Week: Quick Hit Warm-Up

Warm-up drill which incorporates pivoting, passing and receiving

Description

  • X1 pivots to backwards and receives a pass from the next player in line. X1 immediately 1-touches puck back to passer.
  • X1 then pivots to forward and receives 2nd puck from O. X1 takes long warm-up shot on goal.
  • As soon as O makes their pass, they pivot to backwards and repeat the drill from the opposite side.

  • This is a warm-up drill which incorporates pivoting, passing and receiving while providing long shots for the goaltenders.
