SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping charges will be 10% of total order (minimum of $5.35)

Canadian Residents
Standard delivery is via Canada Post's 'Regular Parcel' service.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

U.S. and International Customers
Please allow 2-4 weeks* for delivery.
The Ontario Minor Hockey Association will not be responsible for customs, duties or brokerage charges.

*Delivery times to the U.S. and international destinations may vary due to customs or border inspections.

** Ontario residents add 15% PST/GST to subtotal + handling. NF, NS and NB residents add 15% HST. All other provinces add 7% GST only. U.S. and International customers pay shipping and handling charges only.

Returns or Exchanges

No returns or exchanges will be excepted on Compact Disc's, DVD's, or VHS tapes that have been removed from their original packaging. Returned items must be received within 30 days of the date on your invoice. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned items must be insured and returned prepaid by PARCEL POST only. Returns or exchanges sent back via any other method will NOT be accepted. The Ontario Minor Hockey Association will not be responsible for customs, duties or brokerage fees incurred through a request for a refund or an exchange. Please include instructions and a copy of your original invoice with a reason for the return or exchange. Shipping charges will apply on items shipped back to you through an exchange.
