Forhan plays a strong two-way game and is at his best when playing his fast paced physical style. He has a long powerful stride and has racked up 29 points in just 19 games as his Express continue to steam roll the competition.

Jared continues his hot pace with 24 points in 18 games. His Jr. Bulldogs are surging right now and he is without question a main reason why. Hill is able to make something happen almost every time he is on the ice.

Players to Watch

Cameron Downey - Halton Hurricanes

The Hurricanes captain is a major reason for the team’s early success this season. The 6’ forward is a strong winger who is not afraid to play physical and someone opposing defense notice every time he is on the ice.  Downey players tough on pucks, is willing to take a hit to make a play and rarely loses a battle in the corner. Both his style of play and physical nature have made him noticed throughout the league and is someone that all junior teams should take notice of.

Nick Leshuk - Oakville Rangers

The Oakville forward has a calm demeanor about him and he just seems to get the job done.  Whether his team needs a goal, a strong defensive shift or an important faceoff it seems like Leshuk is on the ice.   Leshuk has great speed, and an elite vision to find his teammates all over the ice.  With one of the quickest releases in the SCTA Leshuk has a knack for scoring big goals and is someone that has turned a lot of heads in the SCTA midget loop.

Cole Thiessen - Richmond Hill Coyotes

Thiessen is a mobile defenseman with offensive threat and can change the game with one play. Cole is able to consistently control the play with amazing poise from the backend.

Nathan Gooch - Ajax/Pickering Raiders

Nathan is a very skilled power forward and his playmaking ability creates endless scoring opportunities. He is a very shifty player that can play both ends of the ice at an extremely high level.
