Register now for the Parry Sound/Seguin Camp – July 20 - July 24

Dates: Monday, July 20 – Friday, July 24, 2015 
Time: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Location: Humphrey Community Centre
Age Groups: Novice, Minor Atom/Atom & Minor Peewee/ Peewee
Cost: $450

Players participating in this five-day Skills Camp will experience a variety of hockey- and sports-related activities. Each day will consist of one or two on-ice sessions focusing on skill development, skating, shooting, passing, stick handling and much more. The players will take part in multiple off-ice sessions each day, implementing different skills such as teamwork, respect and other Hockey Canada training.  Being a multi-sport athlete is very important, and Hockey Canada will stress this point by having participants take part in activities such as soccer, dry land training, baseball, etc.

Each day of the camp will feature a different theme or special guest that will offer memories your child will never forget! 

Hockey Canada Skills Development Summer Camp Objectives:

  • To develop/enhance the fundamental skills of skating, passing, stick handling and shooting.
  • To create an opportunity for players to meet other players and develop friendships.
  • To promote the FUN of the game.
  • To teach the concepts of fair play, fitness, safety, teamwork and the importance of a positive attitude.
  • To provide a memorable five-day experience for all who attend!
