OMHA Danlge and Shoot

How well do you think your stick handling and shooting would improve if you spent 8 hours working on them over an 8-week period? The Dangle & Shoot Challenge was created as a skill development opportunity for hockey players to develop stick handling skills at home.

The Goal: Improved puck control skills through increased hand speed, quickness and coordination
The Plan: Stickhandle for 8 hours over 8 weeks. That’s 12 minutes per day / 5 days per week for eight weeks!

  2. The challenge begins January 6, 2014 Tracking Sheets to be returned to the OMHA Office by April 1, 2014 to win prizes from Warrior Hockey
  3. Parents are required to sign-off on the number of shots completed each day
