All NEW HCOP Officials registered with the OMHA shall be required to produce a Criminal Record Check in a sealed envelope at the OMHA Referee Clinic that they will be attending for the 2014-2015 hockey season.
The OHF will be centralizing the management of Criminal Record Checks for Officials, and this has been identified this as a requirement for every three (3) years. As such, Officials who entered the program or produced a new CRC in any of the following seasons will not be required to obtain another Criminal Record Check:
Officials who have submitted a Criminal Record Check in any of the above-noted seasons are not required to obtain another Criminal Record Check until the season indicated, and for 2014-2015 require only the completed Criminal Offence Declaration Form. All other HCOP Officials will require a new Criminal Record Check.
