Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs Bantam’s win Chicago Bauer World Invite Tournament

Hamilton, ON: -  The Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs Bantam AAA Team became the 2012 Chicago Bauer World Hockey Invite Champions, November 4th, beating the St. Louis Jr. Blues in an exciting double overtime victory.

Double overtime was the name of the game as the Bantam Bulldogs clinched the quarter final victory over the Colorado Thunderbirds in an early morning game. Semi Finals followed shortly against league rivals, Southern Tier Admirals. The Bulldogs came up strong with a solid 2-0 win that lead the way to the Championships.

The bulldogs showed perseverance and hard work throughout the entire tournament. The championship game against St. Louis Jr. Blues was a battle. The two teams entered the second overtime period tied at 2 all, but the game was decided by an exciting goal, scored by Nicholas Caamano. The tournament MVP was Brendan D’Agostino.
